Parc 55 Hotel Completes $30 Million Renovation
Tg Renovations recently completed a full top-to-bottom renovation of the Parc 55 Hotel in downtown San Francisco.
As project manager, Tg Renovations transformed and enhanced this landmark property, including 997 guestrooms, 15 suites, 26 guestroom floors, elevators, fitness center, club lounge, and 60,000 square feet of public space. In addition, a new restaurant, buffet, bar, entrances, and porte-cochère were constructed as additions to the hotel.
By implementing meticulous scheduling and thorough management, the hotel was able to continue service to guests throughout the duration of construction.
