Construction has begun on the Meritage Commons, located across the street from The Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa Valley, California by contractor davisREED.
The hotel, designed by Architects WATG with Interior Designers Kay Lang + Associates & Hatch Design Group, will feature 145 guest rooms inclusive of 39 suites, an outdoor pool area, and a food and wine village.
The Meritage Commons will complement the existing Meritage Resort & Spa by introducing new amenities that guests and residents can enjoy, including nine tasting rooms, an expansive event lawn for social gatherings and concerts, a demonstration kitchen, and boutique market.
Trinitas Cellars and Foley Food and Wine Society are among the wineries set to have tasting rooms on site.
