Sitting on an elevated ridge line in Fountain Hills, AZ, the CopperWynd Resort & Spa has undergone an enormous renovation and expansion over the past two-years and has been transformed into the ADERO Scottsdale.

TynanGroup partnered with Scottsdale based architects Allen + Philp Partners Architecture, Interior Designer MONOGRAM Hospitality Interiors at BBGM, and General Contractor Balfour Beatty US on this iconic project.

A new six-story tower was constructed in record time, which includes 129 guestrooms with private balconies and mountain views, along with 16 oversized luxury suites with wraparound balconies. A new 4,500 square foot ballroom that features 20-foot tall windows that frame the beautiful views, along with an expansive prefunction area was also included in this expansion. The project also incorporated extensive property improvements to the existing 32 guestrooms, as well as the surrounding property, and now boasts 177 keys.

The property is known for its sweeping views of the Four Peaks and McDowell Mountains and is part of Marriott’s Autograph collection. The resort includes two heated resort style pools with sundecks, a boutique spa, wellness & fitness center with Peloton bikes, tennis courts, wedding venue and 17 acres of desert to explore, all encompassed in a certified Dark Sky Community.

TynanGroup provided Project Management, FF&E/OS&E Management and Project Accounting services on the ADERO Scottsdale project.
