TynanGroup managed the design development and preconstruction phases of the guestroom renovation. Services included design review, budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and model room construction management.

The property has gone through a number of name changes from On the Avenue Hotel NYC, to NYLO New York City, and is now Arthouse Hotel New York City.
