Irvine Company tapped TynanGroup to manage the development of their crown jewel property, The Resort at Pelican Hill. We coordinated and oversaw multiple projects across 504-acres, which included 204 bungalow guest rooms, 128 villas, the iconic coliseum pool, the spa, and the golf course and clubhouse. Our team managed multiple workstreams in a phased approach to construction, ensuring each project was executed in alignment with our client’s vision. We provided high-level oversight and boots-on-the-ground supervision, completing the five-star resort at the highest level of quality.

To achieve the timeless perfection of Andrea Palladio architecture, we oversaw the design process with meticulous attention to detail. We collaborated with specialized artisans and engaged in intensive testing of the materials, textures, and colors to be used for interior and exterior settings.
