The Wild Horse Pass Expansion project includes a new 11 story, 205 guest-room tower with exclusive rooftop restaurant, a new 30,000 sf conference center and expansive resort style pool. Also included in the project was extensive casino renovation work which included a new expansive media wall, renovation of public space and casino restrooms, all new casino finishes and lighting.

TynanGroup LP was the Project Manager on the original 260-key hotel and casino new build project back in 2009, which almost immediately became an iconic Phoenix area gaming destination. This major expansion will help meet the increase in gaming demand as well as provide additional revenue opportunity for the resort’s group sales.

The new tower has four upgraded suites in addition to two 1,500-square-foot platinum suites, each with dining rooms and balconies that provide panoramic views of the Estrella mountains. The high-end roof top restaurant provides soaring views of the desert, mountains and neighboring communities, as well as have its own glass elevator for an elevated guest arrival experience. The resort pool includes an oversized oasis pool area for guests to soak in the sun, as well as two oversized hot tubs, full-service cabanas, and access to a pool bar & grill with a full-service year-round menu.
