TynanGroup completed the renovation of guestrooms and corridors at the Balboa Bay Resort & Spa, Newport Beach’s only waterfront resort.

Each of the 159 guestrooms has been enhanced with refinished millwork, new carpet and tile, paint and wallcovering, and fresh, contemporary furnishings including stylish platform beds in rich espresso wood tones featuring individual reading lights, upholstered headboards, pillow top mattresses, and luxury bedding.

TynanGroup was the Project Manager for this renovation, coordinating all related activities during this highly successful project.
