TynanGroup’s involvement with the Bacara Resort and Spa stretches all the way back to its initial construction. The resort is located on the bluffs and beaches of the California Central Coast, between the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez Mountains. The Bacara is a 78-acre beachfront resort of incomparable natural beauty and relaxed luxury.
Amenities include 358 guestrooms, four premier restaurants, a world-class wine cellar, 11,000 square-foot Spanish Colonial style ballroom, 25,000 square feet of meeting space, and three negative edge pools as well as the Spa at Bacara, a 42,000-square-foot spa and wellness center.
In 2012 TynanGroup managed the renovation of all guestrooms for new owner Ohana Real Estate. This exciting new guestroom design offered a private patio or balcony with ocean, garden or mountain views. The bathrooms featured deep soaking tubs, marble showers and bath products. All of the suites and luxury retreats received gas fireplaces.
More recently, in 2015 TynanGroup managed another guestroom renovation for new owners Pacific Hospitality Group, as well as renovation of the Pool Bar, Bistro restaurant, and the award winning Angel Oak Restaurant.
