The Kukui’ula Plantation Core Project is the center piece of a first class private golf community on the south shore of Kauai, Hawaii.

The Plantation core consists of a private member’s clubhouse, a golf clubhouse and a spa. Complementing these buildings is an expansive lagoon style pool with wading ponds and hot tubs. These amenities are the focal point of 2500 acres of high end custom home sites. The architectural project manager, now with Tynan Group, oversaw the implementation of the design through construction while maintaining the aggressive 18 month construction schedule.
